It has been my privilege to care for the

surgical patients of the the Mid Hudson

Valley for over 30 years. During that

time I have witnessed many changes in

the way patients are treated. But what is

constant is the value attached to the

patient-physican relationship. Having

the advantage of remaining a solo

 practioner, my patients and I can still

enjoy that relationship unfettered

by the eroding effects brought on by the

institutionalization of healthcare.
